We are hiring Behavior Technicians to provide impactful, 1-on-1 and small group support to children with diverse learning and developmental needs in Summit and Park County, CO. Working under the direct supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), you will play a hands-on role in teaching vital social and behavioral skills, implementing personalized intervention plans, and empowering kids to achieve meaningful goals. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct, 1-on-1, and group care to clients following customized behavior plans.
• Teach social skills and behavior protocols outlined in client treatment strategies.
• Accurately collect and record behavioral data through direct observation.
• Partner with BCBAs to prepare client materials and assist with skill assessments.
• Maintain clear, positive communication with families, parents, and caregivers.
• Actively participate in ongoing professional development and apply supervisor feedback to hone your skills.

Qualifications

• Age & Education: Must be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma, GED, or post-secondary degree.
• Experience: Background or prior experience working with children is preferred.
• Certification: Completed 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course, or plans to complete it prior to hire date.
• Background Check: Must clear both National and State background checks.
• Location: Must reside in Summit County, CO, or have reliable transportation from neighboring counties.
