Our History
At Blue Skies Behavioral Group, we recognize that there are many perspectives on the benefits and limitations of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). We honor these conversations and approach our work with humility, reflection, and respect for each individual we serve. Our goal is not to change who someone is, but to support them in accessing a world that is not always designed with them in mind.
We do not create robots. We support children in building meaningful, authentic connections with peers and families, navigating their natural environments, and developing skills that increase independence, confidence, and choice. Above all, we celebrate what makes each child unique—ensuring that support is individualized, respectful, and aligned with what is meaningful to them and their families..
Mission
Blue Skies Behavioral Group provides child, family, and community centered collaborative support to drive change, reduce stress, and increase life opportunities for individuals with diverse developmental, intellectual, and behavioral needs.
When a family learns that their child has exceptional needs, they may embark on a long journey full of darkness, storms, and turbulence. Like a pilot without training, it may be difficult, or near impossible, to complete the journey both safely and alone…

Our clinical team will work with clients in a controlled environment to ensure the highest levels of safety and intervention effectiveness. The Blue Skies Clinic will take all necessary precautions for safety and cleanliness to best support continuous and effective intervention.

Due to the belief that all behaviors occur in a naturally occurring environment, it is essential that parents and caregivers learn specific skills to support the growth of their children. We take a family-centered approach to increase parental and caregiver knowledge that is respectful of their individual cultures and needs.

Insurance Pay
Blue Skies Behavioral Group currently accepts Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Optum, Cigna (Evernorth) and ComPsych! Don't have any of these insurances? No problem! Let's work together to get in network. Client is responsible to provide valid insurance information. Ensure that Blue Skies Behavioral Group is in-network and currently a provider with your insurance company.
Building Hope Scholarship
Blue Skies Behavioral Group is a partner with Building Hope and accepts scholarships for up to 12-sessions from Building Hope at no cost to the client for those who are in need. This amazing organization will also help to navigate the depths of insurance to support future therapies. If you do not currently have insurance and do not qualify for Medicaid, below you will find rates for Private Pay:
- Initial Consult- Free
- Initial Assessment and Behavior Plan Creation-$200
- Home visit in Summit County-$125 / hr
- Clinic visit: $110 / hr
- Telehealth -$110 / hr
- Home visit outside of Summit County-$150 / hr
